Alicia De Mulder has a very particular interest in information and communication technology law and has oriented her academic career in this direction.
After obtaining a Master in Law at the Catholic University of Louvain concluded by an Erasmus in Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, she decided to continue her specialization through an LLM in intellectual property law and ICT law in Katholieke Universiteit of Louvain in Brussels.
The collaboration between Alicia and Lex4U began in 2019 when she was still a master’s student. Alicia then joined the team as an associate in 2021 to practice mainly personal data protection law and new technology law.
Alicia is closely involved in the firm’s projects related to the use of legaltechs.
